The project was carried out in two phases, with the first phase completed in May 2020 and the second phase completed in December 2023. The total investment for the rooftop photovoltaic project at our factory amounts to approximately RMB 6 million. Reaping benefits of advantageous conditions such as roof spaces and ample sunshine, we have installed 2 megawatts of photovoltaic panels on our rooftops. This initiative aims to achieve cost savings while promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, thereby accelerating our company's transition towards low carbonization of energy and establishing an environmentally-friendly factory.
By aligning photovoltaic power generation with our daily electricity demand at the factory, we can significantly reduce electricity expenses and achieve cost savings. Moreover, this approach demonstrates our commitment to environmental protection by actively promoting green transformation initiatives that contribute to ecological preservation efforts as well as energy savings and emission reduction goals – all while supporting China's "double carbon" target.
